KIK Greek Yoghurt Tiramisu On Toast

Tiramisu is the perfect blend of coffee and creaminess. The problem is you can never over indulge with a very calorie dense treat. Thats where the KIK Greek yoghurt tiramisu on toast comes in. It's basically a breakfast that is inspired by the tiramisu dessert with all the heavy cheeses and creams replaced by healthy Greek yoghurt, making it a complete breakfast.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of toast
1 jar KIK Greek yoghurt (Vanilla or Plain)
1/4 cup of milk
1 whole egg
2 tsp of coffee
2 tbsp warm water
1 tsp of honey
1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

1- Mix coffee and warm water to create a shot of espresso.

2- In a bowl, mix espresso shot made in step 1, milk, honey and egg together.

3- Get both pieces of toast, dip them in the mixture and place them in a pan on medium/high heat. Turn halfway when edges are golden (just like french toast).

4- Take 2 tbsp of KIK Greek yoghurt and spread them on each slice of toast.

5- To finish off, sprinkle cocoa powder on top

Notes:

- You can use real espresso shot or strong brewed coffee instead of instant coffee.

- You can use as much Greek yoghurt as you want on your toast. It will be a healthier meal with more protein, but it will alter the recipe slightly.

- If you're using plain KiK Greek Yoghurt, and want a sweeter recipe, increase the honey from 1 tsp to 2 tsp.

  • Pentapeptide-3 is an anti-wrinkle ingredient that is very potent. It has been proven to reduce wrinkling by 49%. The primary use of Pentapeptide-3 was for the decrease in Crow’s feet wrinkles, but it has now been found to be effect on other facial wrinkles. Studies have found Pentapeptide-3 to be effective in anti-aging problems. It is been tested in creams and has similar results to Botox in partially paralyzing the muscles and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.Pentapeptide-3 stimulates the “matrix” layers in the skin — primarily collagen and fibronectin. When stimulated, the skin produces more collagen. Loss of collagen is what leads to thinning skin and the wrinkling of newly inelastic skin.
